Booking confirmation upon receipt of valid PO number or payment confirmation.

24 hours notice is needed prior to your desired booking date.

 

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to date booked will be free of charge. Later than 48 hours there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Operating hours are 9am - 5pm.

You will have access to your booked room for the entire time period booked. 

​

Our centre is a respectful, working environment, therefore the use of loud music, defamatory or abusive language, violence, inappropriate behaviour, drugs and alcohol are prohibited. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

​

CE3 are mindful of current COVID-19 guidelines. We ask that centre users utilise the sanitisers available and suitable rooms are booked to reflect your party size.

​

If these rules are not respected, CE3 holds the right to request individuals or groups to leave the property without refund.

 

Allergies or accessibility needs will need to be clarified upon booking request.

​

Individuals are responsible for their own possessions while using our training rooms.

RULES

​

1.  The hirer will not use the premises, or permit the premises to be used for any other purpose other than what is specified in the contract. 

​

2.  The hirer will be responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all people attending their booking.

​

3.  The hirer will not cause or permit any damage to be done to the premises, the fixtures, fittings or equipment on the premises.

​

4.  The hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of all personal belongings.

​

5. Animals (excluding therapy and assistance animals) are not permitted on the premises.

​

5.  Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

​

6.  Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

​

7.  The use of fire, smoke machines and other pyrotechnics are not permitted on the premises.

There are red management information folders located in each room. This includes Health and Safety, WIFI code and any further information you may need.
