Nourish was created in direct response to the cost of living crisis.  Since October 2022 this project alone has supported 170 people from Speke and Garston, providing healthy low cost meals, creating recipes and providing warm spaces for advice and guidance as well as sharing stories and experiences that bring our communities together.
